How do I attach pedestal sink to wall and also how do I increase height of sink from floor?

some pedestal sinks come with a metal bracket that attaches to the wall and the back of the sink slides down into the bracket.
others attach with a lag rod screw, big flat washers and nuts. they go thru predrilled hole in the back of the sink.
as for raising the height of the sink ??? it sits on the pedestal leg. you block under the leg to raise it and the sink sits higher

You need blocking between the studs to screw the basin to. I use 2" X 6" blocks, nailed flush to the front edge of the studs.
To raise the height of the sink you would need to put a spacer under the pedestal.
To raise the height of the sink drain you would cut out the existing tee and install a new one with a coupling and short piece of pipe.
