The way you have drawn it is not correct.but as I it see it in your[@#$%&[img834.imageshack.us]][/URL]

YOu CANNOT use sanitary tees to connect to the drain line. The tub is either not vented, or vented with a "flat vent" depending on which drawing you use.

Sorry HJ.drawing as I said.here in fl the only vertical to horizontal should only be sanitary turned/less soiled waste.This system using wye,s At , wet vent would be burned.Again sorry the way posted is not how we interpret.

I guess my terminology is incorrect. The portion of the drawing in black represent the existing system.

so.If the blue joints are you. As said interpretation of lack of tub vent. Is still a failure to the shown extent.you seem to have forgotten every trap to a soil connection main, should have it's own vent.the lav's washing most inspectors will not fail .the toilet passes and they will not dismiss a major will draw off the minor and the smell will tell.Had the wye been off the lavs drain the tub's p trap protection wet may have still been retained.Sorry the pictures are not helping much,
