Have a wet bar I'm installing a top-mount sink onto granite tiles. The way the cutout was done and the tiles are there is no way the clips from the sink can be used. When I place the sink in the opening it sits flush on only one side and the corners, in the middle of the front, back and left side there is a about 1/8" to 1/4" gap. It's a cheap $35 sink from Lowe's and I don't think the countertop is perfectly level.
Do I just caulk the sink and set it in place then caulk around the outside? Seems like that's not enough to hold it... any tips?

Why would you buy a $35 bar sink from LOWES to use in a granite countertop?
Have a pro install the sink and the trap (see your earlier post).
Did you have a professional install the countertop?
You should do the same with the plumbing fixtures.

Buy yourself a cast iron drop-in sink, (self rimming type), and caulk the imperfections.
There's not a heck of a lot you can do if the countertop is not perfectly level.

More than likely its the $XX.XX barsink from Lowes that is going onto the $X,XXX.XX countertop that is not level! The stamped stainless sink is far more likely to be warped.

Well, the countertop is granite TILE, which was actually the cheapest possible option for any countertop. It was $400-500 instead of $2000-2500 for a solid surface granite or $1200 for laminate. It turned out well and looks great for the money. I did most of the work but hired a tile expert to try and make it as level as possible, but because it IS tile you always have some slight variations. It's just a basement wet bar here it's not like I'm going to use it every day or even every week for that matter. So with that said I don't know if a less expensive sink is out of line in this case.
Here is a link to the sink, I'm pretty sure this is already a self-rimming type?

So what I'm hearing is that with a self-rimming sink it's ok to just caulk it with no clips.

Stainless steel sinks are supposed to be anchored with clips to the countertop. The sink that you bought is the lowest grade SS sink one can buy, if there are 1/8" to 1/4" gaps, there's a good chance that the sink is extremely poor quality, warped and/or defective, the tile should not be that much off.
Cast iron and A/S Americast kitchen sinks do not require hold down clips like a SS sink does.

i have not installed any high grade s.s. bar sinks and i have not seen them in cast iron, steel or china.
the boss clips are your only option unless you dont mind it moving and possibly leaking if water gets on the counter top.

It's a common kitchen sink, at least according to the description in the link it is.
25"W x 22"L x 6"D
Stainless steel construction
Satin finish
Builder's grade sink that has the same features as more expensive sinks.
*The Boss Clips might work depending on the countertop thickness.
