You can purchase a new tank with an insulated lining to keep it from sweating.

also if you have an exhaust fan ,keep it on when someone is showering.the more moist, hot air you can remove, the more you help yourself out...hot air+cold china=condensation :-(

I have a 3.5 gallon toilet in my bathroom. It sweat a lot because of the shower. I bought an insulation kit. It works "the nuts" as packy sez. It's just thin styrofoam that you cut to fit, then glue in with some kind of caulk they give you.

Cheers, Jeff.

If you don't mind a slighly noisy flushing toilet then seriously consider a pressure assist toilet. No water in the tank means no sweating.
