I am considering installing a raised block squat type toilet in place of a regular toilet. Are there any out there that are compatible with the standard water tank and regular bathroom installations. Thanks

Are you referring to an Eastern Style Standing System with washing hose? It may also be called a "Squat Toilet" It is a very popular with certain cultures.
Please advise.

Never mix eastern and western plumbing fixtures. Eastern fixtures wash down to the river where western fixtures utilize a sanitary sewer system. If you do use eastern , be sure to wipe only with you left hand...uh, or is it right.

At the present, Zurn is the only US company which manufacturers the Eastern Style system which is mounted on the floor surface and is connected to the main. I believe that the spray/wash is part of the system.
I would not suggest the use of a US holding tank from a toilet for the flushing water supply.
