So i mocked things up this afternoon for my new vanity and have two options, i know which one you are going to say but that's the hardest one!,lol

1. I can just cap off the old waste below and then try get a Santee in the vent on the left , however just the way the new pipe comes along its not the right angle both back to front and side to side if you know what i mean.

2. I can put a 90' sweep in the bottom one and a 90 sweep in the top one and then a connecting piece, this works best as both pipes are parallel to each other both top to bottom and back to front.

Appreciate any thoughts.

#2 is a code violation and not acceptable due to it creating a partial s-trap.
I would either, cut the 90 off the end of the trap arm add a coupling and continue to the new sink location, or cut in a new tee, whilst removing the old tee and taking off from there. If need be you could use a st. 16th bend to help align the new trap arm.

You can, just make sure that the new arm won't be too high to catch the sink trap.

Is this acceptable ?

It fits perfect if so, id have a Santee coming out towards the back with a 90' in it (ignore the Santee is facing slightly upwards, it would be facing down slightly)and then the pipe into the 90. there's plenty of pitch, about 3" over a 6ft length.

The first picture is a code violation, it needs to be a long sweep 90 , the 2nd picture is correct.
