Author: packy (MA) i had a small roof flashing leak where a storage shed butt up to the back of my house. sprayed a can of flex seal and it stopped the leak.

I went online and ordered it, paid for it at Walmart. I used it and and just following the direction so I think this may save me about $200 maybe more. My home took a big hit with the storm in Febuary, water damage in two of my rooms so that is a major issue due to the mold and mildew and part of my roof blew off so since I can't seem to find good help I'm doing the best I can myself with the water damage. I got rid of the carpet, padding and the wood stripes. Sorry for going on and on. But will post how flex worked out. Carrie
