So others may avoid the issues that I experienced with the Marey GA16LPETL propane water heater
I want to relay my experience as follows
The water did not operate properly so notified customer service which was very poor and unresponsive at best
They finally sent me a new part which did not solve the problem and they finally stated " that they were resolving the water heater problems as they presented themselves" which reinforces the fact that this model should not have been put into production
The company apparently has been making tankless water heaters since the 1950's but need to get their act together
Sent it back and ordered a well known brand that works just fine
Hope this avoids others from experiencing what I had to go thru

How long have you had the tankless water heater? Have you seen any negatives with switching from a traditional tank-style water heater to the tankless? Just curious what your experience has been.

I'm a fan of tankless water heaters and there probably will come a time that tank water heaters are obsolete
I installed the TAkaji TK 4 and works fine
The Navien is rated a 10 nd can be programed to recirculate but did not want to pay the additional cost so went with the Takaji
Have heard disappointing reports about most other brands
