12 point, 3/8" o.d. spline, 3" stem beyond packing nut, installed 1979 in southern California.

They look to me like Price Pfister, 910-374 stem ass'y and 970-500 seat, maybe?
I'd like to have the new correct stems and seats in-hand before I turn off the water, so can you help me identify from the pics the new stems/seats I'll need to order?

I do not go by the numbers, but they ARE Pfister Windsor stems and seats.

The older "Crown" series is the only one with a different stem.
