I vought a home, all is fine w one exception. I have an outside spigot that has no water pressure. in Laundry room seems like the place you turn it on, and when i turn it I can hear lots of water. However no water comes out still. I live in a condo town home with deck then living room, then dining room and laundry room across hall, linear to the outside faucet. any help is appreciated and thank you
oh and also, looked under crawl space, did not see any water.

I'd wager that it has frozen and burst. It will only leak when you turn it on. The water will leak into the foundation wall. Can you cap your hand over the outlet and turn it on ? I'd think that you would be able to hear the water leaking out.
