 Sinks won't drain please help
Author: Hughies162 (OH)

Hello All. I have double sinks in my kitchen. If you run water in the left they drain ok.If you run water in the right the sinks back up and equalize. I have checked all the lines and everything is clear. If I unscrew my vent the water drains . I have tried replacing the vent but it didn't help. Any suggestions? Tried to add picture but not sure how. Any help would be appreciated

what you describe makes no sense. if you unscrew the vent and all is well then a new vent should fix it.
to post pictures you need to upload them to a site such as photobucket and post them from there or provide us a link..

Air is being trapped in the drain, removing the vent allows the air to escape. The drain needs to be cleared.
