This is on a bathroom remodel, new faucet not working at all. Valves are on but water is not running through faucet. Toilet and shower working fine. Hadn't noticed there was a leak under the sink that's even warped the cabinet bottom. Previously, had a clogged drain in shower so I hadn't run water in that bathroom until that was unclogged and now that I turn on faucet , faucet not working

Very unusual! I would check the screen on the faucet. This is at the end of the faucet. Take a pair of pliers with a rag between to unscrew. This unscrews and is there to block particulates. Maybe you have allot of sediment in the lines. If it is clear. If the other faucets are ok then I would get a bucket and open both valves under the sink without the supply line connected to flush out the system in a bucket till it runs clear....
