I am trying to get more hot water flow, and after googling a bit I thought that I could adjust the mixing valve, however what I have looks nothing like the pics/videos I have seen. This is what I have:

Is it possible to adjust the the valve I have, if so, how can I do it?
Its a Sanindusa fixture and the entire white piece rotates. The neon green ridged piece does not move. I tried to poke at the green piece to see if it can be removed and rotated to adjust the valve, but it did not seem to want to come out.

Sanindusa- is an international manufacturer, based in Portugal. Presently, there is no reps or contacts in the United States. Contact requires an international call. Sanidusa, has a Facebook page.

and there is nothing inside the handle but a square opening that fits the stem ?
if i were there i would remove the hex shape brass nut to see if the square stem part is an extension to another part inside? sometimes that square piece is square on this end but the inside is round with notches to fit over a round stem. you pull off the square end turn it slightly CCW and slide it back on ????? just a wild guess..

The green geared ring has a stop on it that prevents the handle from rotating further to the left. I'd turn the water off and remove the brass retaining ring and see if the green ring can be pulled forward, rotated to the left, and pushed back into position.

Thanks for the responses! I will try and remove the brass ring this weekend and adjust the green stopper as suggested.
