 Pottery Barn tub faucet
Author: Rlkahney (NJ)

The cartridge stem has a piece of broken plastic inside the cartridge. There is no name on the faucet and PB says they don't have vendor names. They also conveniently cannot locate my order or the SKU. The piece is known as the Pottery Bard Gooseneck bath and shower set nickel plated. Would anyone know who supplies PB with their bath supplies? I can send a picture if needed

If you can post a few pictures of the stem, someone here will likely provide you with the correct part number for a replacement cartridge.

There are manufacturers in China, that will gladly put your name on anything. The fact that Pottery Barn doesn't know the manufacturer, says it all. I can buy knock-off chainsaws, whose parts are inter-changeable with a major manufacturer's, for $35 each. How much do you think they paid for that faucet?
