A gas shutoff is a poor example of what you need, but YES, many manufacturers make lever style handles for their faucets. Unfortunately, in many cases when you change them the cold water faucet also has to be modified so it rotates in the correct direction. You have to know the make and model of your faucet so you can determine if there is a handle that fits it, because they are NOT "generic".

Wrist-blade handles is what you want and need. Generally, they are not fit-all, so determine the manufacturer of your faucets. You will need a pair of one left and one right.

Have you considered the new "no touch" faucet made for those with mobility issues and impairments?

Best Wishes
