 Baffling Delta Problem
Author: Ronman (IA)

I have a Delta two knob bathroom faucet that was dripping. No problem. I replaced the springs and seals and reassembled. Now I get NO WATER. If I take a valve out and turn on the water under the sink, water gushes out. Put the valve back in, NO WATER. I have taken this faucet apart a dozen times hoping something would be different but no matter what I have done, once I put it back together and turn on the water under the sink, I get NO WATER from the faucet. Can someone please help. So frustrating!

Have you removed the aerator and tried it ? Lots of times when you turn the water off it dislodges some debris that easily clogs an aerator.

Can those cartridges that get inserted into the valve be installed backwards? If inlet hole is offset in the valve body and you put the cartridge in 180 degrees off then turning the knob may still not allow water to flow. Try switching the cartridges around, see if they will mount a different way, and watch where you install the turn stop piece.
