I had a Delta tub/shower faucet that was dripping and I replaced the lever, rubber and springs, and plastic parts. When I turned the water to the bathroom back on, the water to the sinks flowed, but neither the tub or toilet has water going to them. What could I have possibly done? All that I did was shut off the water, replace the parts and turn the water back on.

You probably dislodged some debris that was trapped in the piping. You may need to take the showerhead off and see if it's clogged. Same thing with the fill valve on the toilet.
