 leaking radiator

bleeding pipes and i didn't shut it off completely and water was leaking for 12 hours. lost maybe a liter of water. does this need to be replenished and if so how?
base board radiators...

as you were bleeding the air from the system, what did you do to replenish that water that was displaced ?
if the answer is 'nothing' then you have an autofill valve that is working just fine. so any water that inadvertainly leaked out was replenished.
just to be sure, see if you can find a pressure gauge at the boiler to make sure you have a minimum of 12-15 PSI..
