Hi there, I'm trying desperately to identify my faucetbrand as I am told I need new cartridge...the logo on the actual faucet has worn away but the piece below it says "BOW"...I've spoke. With several professionals who have never heard of it...anyone on here know who manufactures/distributes it? I'm told I need a new cartridge to regulate the distribution of hot/cold water...they seem to be comingling and causing Luke warm sometimes cold showers after 5 minutes... if I can't find the replacement cartridge I will have to replace all the shower parts and re-tile my whole bathroom...help!

If we could see a picture of the faucet and a picture of the cartridge we could probably find you a replacement . It's quite possible that the cartridge doesn't even need to be replaced, a removal, disassembly, and cleaning may be all that it needs.

you'll have to turn the shower on for the 5 minutes you say make it run cold. leave it running cold and go to a sink and turn on just the hot. see what happens at the sink.

There are other possible causes of your problem, so a diagnosis by a plumber might be the first step.
