 Pipe size for gas stove.
Author: jdossey (LA)

I am replacing my electric stove to a gas stove. The existing natural gas line is 3/4 and supplies a heater only. The length from meter to heater is approximately 30 feet. The gas stove will be approximately 30 more feet from the heater. Will 3/4 pipe be sufficient to run both the heater and the stove at the same time? We don't actually use the heater very much. We only turn it on early in the morning to get the chill out of the air and at night if it is especially cold which doesn't happen much in Louisiana. I just want to make sure I have full flame on the stove.
