Yes, Find out WHERE it is leaking water out of the tank, (There is more than one possibility, usually). Then fix THAT. |

Apologies, I did not make it clear that this is a new flapper. Although it is from HomeDepot and not a Toto made flapper. |

With the tank filled with water, push down lightly on the top of the flapper. If that stops the leakage, the problem is with the flapper. |

I've always had success using genuine Toto parts, not so much when using non factory aftermarket parts. |
