 3 1/2 centerset faucet problem urgent! ):
Author: Elishathesun (VA)

Hello, this is regarding my business and it's pretty urgent. The bathtub I currently have has two holes and only fit the laundry type of faucet with two handles I tried to purchase a replacement and they only have 4 inch centerset ones. What are my options? I would really appreciate any input.

Both Chicago Faucet and Central Brass offer chrome/brass faucets with 2-3/4-4.00 inch adjustable spread. T&S Brass may offer the same.

Best Wishes

I did look into the brass one for laundry but the hoses are not in the same direction. Here are the pictures.

You appear to have working room behind the tub. You could install a single handle tub valve by enlarging the hole.

You need a faucet for a "leg tub" and they are ALL 3 1/2" centers.

The sponsor of this forum sells claw-foot tub fillers. Note that if the spout is below the rim of the tub there's the potential for backflow (a bad thing) thus the elevated spout models:

Then all you need is a faucet that can connect to those arms.
