How about a layout of what fixtures and their locations. The only thing I see is a vanity.

This what I think I need ....2" pvc up thru concrete for sink, 2" pvc pipe thru concrete for shower with p trap in concrete, 3" or 4" up thru concrete for toilet if I use 4" I dont have to leave a gap around pipe because the toilet drain can be a slip into 4" so im told....

Typically the shower trap is boxed in to leave a square access.

I'm not a plumber but I'm an avid reader here and over at another site.

The guys here and there are really helpful but, and this is just my opinion, I think you would be better off if you at least did a rough hand sketch of how YOU think it should be laid out and with what fittings.

Then the guys can correct and steer you in the right direction.

I think, at the very least, you should note where the ejector pump, if applicable, will be located. In utility room? Or elsewhere not to interfere with, say, where the builder is placing a furnace. It looks like the main waste line is noted there. That kind of stuff.

Take a look at this discussion drawing for an idea how to note fittings you intend to use:

Depending on how knowledgeable you are with names and uses of fittings, this might also help:

Is this a gravity or pumped system? Your diagram seems to indicate it is gravity.

Im going to work on that drawing and repost it so I can give an idea what I think I should do...No this isnt a pump system, the septic is low enough to be gravity fed from the basment level as the drain outlet is 20" below floor grade

Your "stack vent" is completely useless at the point where you show it, and HOW you turn the tub/shower and sink drains will determine whether you need additional vents. IT is almost impossible to run a sink drain without its own vent, however.

Here's what I did

The "main vent" at the corner is still useless and you used a sanitary tee on its back for the toilet, and vent.

See page 8 of those "plumbing tips" I posted. It says using the San tee vertical is the most common mistake. It needs to be a combo y 1/8 bend.

I'm not a pro. It m not a pro but I'm very interested in these layout threads as I have a project coming up. Learning from your mistakes smiling smiley

Does that 90 in the far corner need to be a longer sweep? It's hard to tell (for me at least)

you should have the tub drain into the back of the "Y" with the side rolled up and used as a vent. this will get the vent between the toilet and the tub trap.
also use an 4 x 3 elbow for the toilet. then you can pour the cement right up to the 4 inch sticking thru the floor. the for the finish you insert the flange into the pipe which is cut flush with the floor.
