Greetings to all
My name is Raki and I just purchase a new home less than a year ago.its a older home built in 1995 But I have noticed a pipe leaking on the side of my home. I'm not sure what it is but it's starting to worry me. My water bill has dramatically increase. Could you please help with any info ?I'm trying to add a pic to the post but the description on how to do it is only talking about how to add a link. But picture are on My phone

You need to upload the photos to a hosting site like tinypic or photobucket. Is the leaking water warm? Could it be the temperature/pressure relief valve from the water heater?

Normally, it would either be an air conditioner condensate drain, which dripping is normal or a water heater relief valve drain which should NOT be dripping and has to be serviced if it is.

Since your water bill has increased, I would assume that the water is from the water heater. Is the water hot ?
