3/4 inch hot water supply line broke away from a junction of 3 additional pipes 1/2 inch coming in perpendicular, red PEX also coming in perpendicular, 3/4 inch opposite end of the break. How can I use Sharkbite to fix this? Thank you sooooo much!

You can use a 3/4" tee and a 3/4" X 1/2" reducing coupling as needed. Just cut the pipe and push the tee into position.

did it just slide off the crimp fitting? if it did you will need to get a crimping tool, cut an inch off the pipe since the old clamp can not be re-used, put it back together and crimp it.
it is possible that joint was never crimped? in that case just slide it together and crimp it.
post a picture so we can tell you for sure what happened and how to fix it..

that 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/2 pex tee will need to be replaced.
looks like you'll be investing in a crimp tool, a pex cutter, some fittings, some tubing and some crimp rings.
the tools aren't expensive and the materials are available at the big box stores.
lots of videos online detailing pex installation. P/S, i really is very easy..
