Looking for options to hide a clean out on my concrete slab porch. Any ideas?

why i ask...
you can form a small box around the cleanout and pour your regular depth slab but in the cleanout 'box' just put 1/2 inch thick cement. if you ever need the cleanout you can break the 1/2 inch thick cement to access it and either cement it back 1/2 inch thick or look for a decorative cover.

build it below grade and top it off with asphalt, until needed.

cut a wye in and roll off to the nearest wall for a wall C/O if there's one right there.
obviously the most work. I would just install a nice brass cover plate and leave it be.
