 Water pipe safey inspection
Author: 2cwatkins2 (FL)

I received an advertisement in the mail today stating several homes in my area have recently had to replace water pipes, bla, bla bla. My house was builty in 1952. I have been in it 5 years. Never had problems. Should I have this inspection for &&&&&&, or is this wasted money. House is in South Florida. Thanks

The pipes they can SEE, are the same ones you can look at. The ones they cannot see could be the ones which would give you problems and they CANNOT see them either. Save your money until you have a problem. They could be like the ones who worked this area for a while. They went up in the attic with a spray bottle of water in their pocket and then told the homeowner. "It's a good thing you had us look up here. See this connection is wet and leaking, so the rest of the piping is probably just as bad".
