i am remodeling my kitchen and purchased an Insinkerator hot and cold faucet and the instant hot water heater that goes with this faucet. I was hoping to connect everything to a reverse osmosis filter system but I read that if the pressure falls to low the faucet will leak.
The Insinkerator hot/cold faucet model F-HC3300SN has brass fittings and I was told that the reverse osmosis faucet has plastic fittings because of this low pressure. The Insinkerator instant hot water heater is model HWT-F1000s. I was trying to prevent having 3 faucets on my sink
( filtered water, main faucet and instant hot water) looking for any thoughts. I was wondering if the reverse osmosis was going to cause problems with the instant hot water system if a by pass valve could work and just turn it on when I want filtered water.

IF you want all THREE types of water, I don't know how you can avoid three faucets. Normally the hot and r/o water go to the ISE faucet and the "raw" water comes out of your normal faucet.

The Insinkerator faucet is a new type of faucet that dispenses both instant hot water and cold water

They have had that faucet for "decades". Mine is 18 years old. But I do not see where that has any effect on your question. You still have a "hot" and r/o faucet "handle", even though it is a single "faucet", and your normal "raw" water one.
