The water pressure in my house was working fine when running multiple faucets or faucet and washing machine or shower and washing machine.. etc.... But now I can't run one with out losing water pressure every where else in the house. What can you suggest that I do or check or get replaced?

I assume, from your description, that you have a failed pressure regulating valve.

The pressure regulator valve is on inlet water main for the house.

I would suspect that the inlet screen to the regulator is clogged, rather than the regulator is faulty. It should have a union on it, you might open it up and take a look see.

Most have the strainer in the body so you do not have to remove it to check the strainers, but I have also NEVER had a screen cause that symptom.
