 Pressure tank not filling

Well runs up to 60 psi guage after bladder tank t and cuts off. No water will go in bladder tank. It remains empty. Air set at 28 psi at 0 pressure from well. Help need tank to fill.

IF the air charge is REALLY 28 psi and the water pressure is really more than 30 psi, the tank HAS to fill, unless the inlet is blocked.

Thats what I thought. But the line is the only thing with preshur.
Leaning toward the tank plugged.

I had the same situation many years ago, it turned out that during the casting process, the brass tank tee had been plugged with something, maybe a glob of sand, and it had a cast in place brass blockage in it. A sharp rap with a hammer and chisel opened it up.
