Hi all,
I have a shower head with a slow drip. The handle for the shower is the kind that you pull out to turn on and in to turn off. You turn left for cold water and right for hot water. I noticed once I push the handle in if I turn it to the left it the shower head drips faster and to the right the drip is slow but still there. Any ideas on what I need to replace to stop the dripping and how do I get the handle off? I do not see any visible screws on the handle.
One thing I should add is that the drip started around the time I cleaned the shower head by soaking it in vinegar overnight. I did not remove the shower head but just attached a bag filled with vinegar to the shower head head with a rubber band. Not sure if this cleaning has any connection to the dripping problem now.
Thanks!

you didn't cause the drip by giving the head a vinegar bath.
you need to replace the cartridge in the valve.
post a picture of the handle so someone can give advice..
it sounds like a moen. that would be good because they may send you free parts..
