 Recessed water supply/changing fill valve
Author: Patchez (Non-US)

I have an American Standard toilet installed(stamped 4000 inside). I received a new fill valve but not sure what tool to use as the water supply to the tank is recessed. Instruction's given with new part says to use a wrench or pliers but neither fit as there is a very little room near the nut. Also I believe I can change it without removing the tank correct?
I'm on disability, top floor of a condo and would prefer to change it myself if not too difficult.
Any insight or suggestions as to what tool I would need to get to the nut would be appreciated.
