A brass, threaded, full port ball valve, after you have made the transition. What type pipe are you going into the building with ? UPC won't let PVC water line enter the building.

The handle on an U/G valve needs to be stainless steel. Otherwise, in ten years, it won't be there.

IMO:
Use an "Apollo" full port 'marine grade' Bronze 1/4 turn ball valve.
Pricey, but, install once and you are done.

I would use a Hayward True Union all PVC ball valve. No metal to rust. Easy to turn off and on, even after sitting un-touched for many years - unlike a lot brass ball valves . If a problem easy to replace because of double unions.

Its expeditionary so repair, removal and relocation are excellent reasons and since its our tax dollars I'll save the penny.
