The location needs to be discovered, the slab cut open and the leak repaired. If this is near an outside wall, it might be possible to tunnel in from outside to make the repair. Your homeowner's insurance might cover some of the costs.

I am not a plubmer, but a leak in a drain below the slab should not be coming up through the slab unless the drain is at least partially blocked. Are you sure the water is coming from the drain? If so, clearing the drain should at least help the symptom if not solve the cause.

Water more likely coming from a leaky supply line under the slab. The fix is to jackhammer the slab, find the leak and repair it. Will also involved removing whatever finished floor is in the room.
