Hi, I have a new refrigerator and want to hook up the water to the ice maker. I changed the water line from the wall. When I test to see if any water is coming from the wall after turning it on, no water is flowing. There used o be a reverse osmosis under the sink, that has been taken out. I am guessing I need to turn on the water under the sink that used to go to the reverse osmosis system, but it is open, as there is no longer a tube connected.
What do I do?
Thanks for any help, I know this s a simple fix!

Connect the water line that went TO the RO unit, to the line that came out of it and went to the IM.

I am going to try that, but the RO is already out so I am guessing as to what to connect. Also, I am not positive that it was hooked up to the refrigerator. I just cant think of any other reason why there isn't any water coming from the wall hook up, behind the frig where the water line connects to.
Thanks!

it might be simpler to shut off the valvae under the sink and just run a new feed
watts makes an ice maker kit that uses a shut off that connects to 1/2 copper tubing via sharkbites.
it is 1/2 copper valve with a 1/4 outlet. it come with a roll of tubing and various fittings to attach to the refrigerator.
