I live in a mobile home park. I own a 1977 Buddy. I was in the bathroom the other day by the mirror I heard what sounded like plunging a noted my toilet was acting like it was having water and dirt particles come up into it. IFlushed fine. I left returned several hours later water all over floor now slightly sunken water all over soaked into wood the toilet wouldnt flush no water goes down. Took toilet up pipe filled to the top Doesn't plunge down short 10 foot tube put in no blockage a 100 ft snake going in this even any ideas. What caused this. Note this is a very shady park ie everything is Jimmy rigged to barely pass codes & in Wi we lost all our rights as far as renting including lot rental. How do I go about figuring what went wrong? Thank you for your help.

you have a simple stoppage. get a drain cleaning company to clear the stoppage and deduct the amount from your rent.

It may not be your toilet. It may not be your mobile trailer either. Your waste line goes into the park main line. If that main line is not in proper flow, you may or could experience backflow. I would ask your neighbors if they are having the same issues. If not, then your line should be rodded with the proper sized cables.
Best Wishes
