trouble identifying kitchen faucet for repair parts

Our kitchen faucet spray nozzle broke and we have not been able to find a new part to replace it. We attempted buying the generic spray head from Home Depot but unfortunately that did not fit the hose.
Could anyone help identify this faucet so that we are able to find parts?

PS - it is possible that the faucet came from Costco awhile back (per homeowner) but not positive.

Author: packy (MA) the little red/blue button makes me sat 'delta'.. [www.homedepot.com] wander down home depot's faucet isle and look at the display of delta.
