We are trying to figure out how to drain an outdoor sink. We have a cleanout that is coming out the side of our slab foundation. This seems to be the most accessible place. The constraints are that it is probably 60 feet away, a u turn and if we bury the pvc drain pipe on the trip there it would have to come out of the ground 10" to get into the cleanout. A advice?

Unless you have access to some NEW laws of physics, the drain CANNOT "come up 10" to go into the cleanout. You will have to locate an underground drain line that you can connect to.

You will either need to pump the waste water, gravity drain with exposed pipe, or can you put in a gray water/dry well system?

Ok. Why doea blumbing go upwards under the sink if it can't flow upwards again?

It only goes upwards at the trap, so the trap can hold water and prevent sewer gas from coming back out the drain and there a limit to the upwards travel(4".
