The cold water pressure in my entire house (all faucets/showers) is low. The hot water pressure is just fine. The pressure from the hose bib using a pressure meter is at 57 psi, which is plenty. Seems to me from the point cold water enters into the pipes within the house, there could be blockage of some sort. I am open to other theories or suggestions. How do I remedy this issue?

You will need to follow the cold water system, after its branch to the water heater. Look for anything that could restrict flow, especially valves.

Sinced the cold water FEEDS the hot water tank, your description implies that the problem is AFTER the connecion to the water heater.

I'm not really sure that's what I was implying.
All I know is the hot water pressure is fine.
It's only the cold water that isn't.
I guess I thought their is some water that doesn't flow through the water heater.
Please, if there are specific places I should check, please tell me.
More detail is better than less.
Thanks.

ALL 'hot water' comes from the water heater. NO "cold water" flows through the water heater. SO if the problem is with the cold water only, then it has to be at a connection AFTER the water heater's connection. IF your "diagnosis" is correct, that would mean that ALL of your cold water connections are after the water heater, since any before it would have normal pressure.

So, then I should be looking just past the point where water feeds into the Hot Water Tank and before the closest sink/appliance?
What about the water line before the pipe that flows into the water heater?
I can't imagine it's a valve since there really aren't any that I've seen prior to each sink or appliance.
I have a feeling the only way to solve this is to call in the professionals. Damn.

Any water the flows before the water heater should NOT be affected if your description is correct.
