Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this question. I had to plunge the toilet in our apartment yesterday. After plunging, it generally flushes fine; however, now when I flush it, there's a big air bubble or something initially that splashes water up, sometimes high enough to go over the rim onto the floor. Wondering whether anyone has had this before and has an idea how to fix it.

Author: srloren (CA) You have a blockage. Get a toilet auger from Homedepot to remove the stoppage. In the event the stoppage is far down in the drain you may need to pull the toilet and use an appropriate sized snake.
