I'm adding tools to my collection and this is one of the last I need. Whats the most useful size? 10", 14", or 18" (or something else)? Should I get steel or aluminum?

I found a 60" Ridgid pipe wrench at a flea market last week. It's more of a novelty item for me than an everyday tool. I keep a 12" + 18" wrench in my tool box.
