I have a older house with two bath.one bath has cast iron dwv it's clogged,the second bath has PVC dwv.There is no clean out for the cast should I place a clean out in line,or replace complete
line.

when plastic pipe clogs it is relativly easy to clear the clog because the inside is smooth and slippery. BUt when old cast iron clogs it really needs to be cleared professionally or at very least a homeowner must use a rented professional grade set-up or you are wasting your time.
having said all that, you decide if you are capable of doing a good cleaning job or just rip it out and replace with plastic.

In either case you want a clean-out, so, I would say put one in and try to clean the drain. If that doesn't work then switch to plastic, unless it is a short easy-to-replace section where you might as well just rip out the old stuff.
