Most likely cause is debris that was dislodged during the pump replacement. Do you have a water filter ?

How would you clear the debris?

I'd check the pump pressure to make sure it was sufficient and that the pump is kicking off. If so then I'd look for debris in the showerhead, and faucet aerators. There may even be a partial blockage where the apartment water ties into the main.
