So my kitchen duel-compartment sink had problems draining. When using the disposal, water would come up the other side of the sink, and then when I turned the disposal off water came back up the disposal side.
I took off the P-Trap to see if there was any blockage, and water came flowing from the wall further down the pipe. Also, there was nothing in the P-trap besides water.
I then went and got a drain Snake to try to clear it out. It's a 20 foot Snake, and I get about 12 feet in and the snake won't budge. I don't think it's just a corner but I could be wrong. Its an apartment so I don't want to break anything. Do I keep pushing on the snake? Or is there another problem?
Thank you for your time.

It's either a bend or the blockage, either way the snake needs to keep going. I don't think you'll break anything with your snake.

If it is an apartment and you are the tenant you already did something you weren't supposed to do. Put everything back together and call the landlord. A lot of things can go wrong like getting your snake stuck and he will hold you liable for touching his plumbing.
