 Kohler Barossa kitchen faucet problem
Author: jbazzell (MO)

My kitchen faucet pressure went from normal to a slow stream. Kohler sent a new replacement cartridge. I replaced it and now no water will come out. I can hear the pressure behind it. The cartridge is seated properly. Looking for help or what else I can try. Any help would be appreciated.

I assume Kohler already walked you through disconnecting the spray head from the pullout hose to check pressure.

Next step would be to disconnect the pullout hose underneath the faucet and check for pressure there. After that, pull the cartridge back out and see if you good flow from the inlet ports. Before all this, disconnect the hot and cold supply hoses to verify good flow from the shutoffs.

you will just have to "backtrack" to find where the problem is, but since it affects both hot and cold it can ONLY be beween the cartridge, which is probably NOT the problem and the spout head. Take the nozzle off and check for flow.
