Kohler Push Button Diverter with a double Diverter
Author: topbouncer (CA)

I am looking to install a rain shower over my tub. I also want a hand shower hung on the wall. I also have a tub spout for a total of three items that require water. I like the Kohler Push-Button diverter on the pressure balance valve but also need to divert between my rainshower head and the hand shower.

My question is can I use the push button diverter for the tub spout and the other end feed to my second diverter which would direct water between hand shower and rain shower?

I called Kohler and one rep said yes and the other said no. My plumber is not sure if this will work and whether or not you can "double divert"?

It will work if plumbed correctly.

The diverters will NOT know the difference.
