Help please. We had a leak on our kitchen spout and replaced the o-ring and plastic ring. We had the faucet idle for a week while we waited for the parts in the mail. everything is replaced and we now have no water flow to the spout or sprayer. We've checked the hose under the sink and it has water with pressure. We checked the spout end and sprayer ends to clean them. We even pulled the cartridge and cleaned it up. No water still. We are at a loss. Any help is appreciated.

When you said everything was replaced was the cartridge replaced also? Is it a single handle?

The cartridge was not replaced. Its a Moen 1225 and was replaced 2 years ago. We only pulled it out carefully, cleaned it and then greased it. There is a handle, then a spout, then a sprayer. There are three separate devices. I'm not sure if thats called a single handle. Its also called a Moen Monticello 7730.

It is possible that when you put it back maybe one of the rubber pieces wedged itself in a precarious position. And if you did put that Cartridge in upside down, your hot/cold would be screwed up.

Thanks. It is possible that some rubber moved. I'll check again. I should have said earlier that we didn't do anything with the diverter so I'm thinking I need to check that too. Its below the spout. We only found out this morning where it is. Thanks again.
