I cant seem to find a part number on it anywhere. Can anyone help me out?

Probably a complete kit. The part on the right is the biggest issue as it has to be held down to fully flush and jiggled to get the flap back down.
But the part on the left shoots water out as well.

You have minerals in your waters. That requires a good cleaning.... or if you are rich, replacement. What brand of toilet do you have? The lids will have some numbers on it.

The toilet has no markings of any kind on it. Ive checked. If i owned the home, i would change it, but im renting. Here are some more pics to maybe help.

The fill valve looks like an American Standard "Smart valve" (which is an oxymoron. It is what they call it, NOT what it is).

You would go by the numbers inside the tank, can be hard to make out, but have never run across a tank with no numbers.

I thought so too, but I assure you there is nothing that resembles a model number or anything in this tank. Just went and checked again. There is a 61 that is stamped in there and thats all I can find anywhere.
