I replaced one toilet, when doing so I found the opening to the drain larger than the average wax ring. is there a special wax ring size used for mobile homes? I am about to replace the other toilet, but I don't want to have the same problem. the first toilet did loosen up. so I tightened it and put silicone around it,so I do not have any leaks.so the wax ring is the question is there something out there, I can buy?

No. The pipe the flange is attached to was NOT extended up to the floor level so the wax seal has to fit the flange, which is USUALLY larger than the wax seal.

so its ok that the wax seal is smaller than the flange because that's the situation ? or do I need a wax seal that is larger than the normal size ? if so where would I get one ?

There are none. A plumber would make the opening smaller, but you have to use two wax rings. Cut one of them and open it up and reform it so it fits on the flange, Then cut a piece out of the second one to fill the gap you created in the first one.
