Water pressure low / Central MA

We are having a problem with the water pressure in our kitchen faucet and 2 tub / showers !

A little history : we have had a lot of iron and some sediment in our water from our well the last 6 months.
Brand new well pump and tank filled with air 2 wks ago. Pressure is def high at pump in utility rm.
We previously had a Culligan softener / filter system which we replaced with a 3 filter whole house system.
Questions : 1. Is it possible for some obstructions / sediment to have stuck in hot / cold valves under sink ? valves ? ( I installed a new kit. faucet recently)
ALL 3 bath faucets have great pressure ! Showers and kitchen are the problem.
2. With regards to tubs / showers - could some sediment be stuck in valves ? I have adjusted valves and changed shower heads. Sediment def. found. but no change in pressure ??
Thanks, Tom

Tom, have you put(if you can) the filter in bypass mode, to see if the pressure increases?

Yes I put filter in bypass mode. No change. Just ran hose outside and had tons of pressure.
Thinking I may need to look at hoses beneath sink and valves.

I'm thinking the pipes have mineralized and I believe you can confirm that by breaking any pipe at a union for a look see. If your piping is honeycomb of minerals, they will have to be isolated and cleaned.
